Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about chiropractic care.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No. You can schedule an appointment directly with our office. Most insurance plans cover chiropractic care without a referral.

Is chiropractic care covered by insurance?

Chiropractic care is covered under many insurance plans. We'll help verify your benefits and file your claims. Review our financial policy for details.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit begins with a no-charge consultation, followed by a thorough examination and, if needed, x-rays. Learn more on our First Visit page.

Is chiropractic treatment safe?

Yes. Chiropractic is a non-invasive, drug-free approach to health. Our doctors perform a thorough examination before recommending any treatment.

Do I need to complete forms before my visit?

It helps to complete your patient forms before your first appointment. You can print them and bring them with you.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, whiplash, carpal tunnel, TMJ and more. See our services page for a full list.

Do you accept workers' compensation and auto accident cases?

Yes. We provide care for on-the-job injuries and auto accident injuries. Learn more about workers' compensation and auto accident care.

Do the doctors have hobbies outside the office?

Of course — it's a small town, so most of us fish, mow lawns and settle truck arguments. The current obsession at the front desk is watches: one of the doctors has been researching a pp replica of a model he saw in an old magazine, and the "watch corner" by the reception desk is open to visitors. Ask and we'll pull out the reference cards.
