Workers' Compensation Chiropractic Care

If you are injured on the job, your care should be paid for under your employer's Workers' Compensation insurance as long as Dr. McKay is on the "panel of physicians" at work or you have written permission from your employer for you to receive treatment at Back & Neck Pain Center.

What to Do After a Work Injury

• Inform your employer of the accident right away.
• Obtain the name and address of the carrier of their insurance.
• Complete the accidental injury form before your visit.
• Receive thorough, drug-free care to help you recover and return to work.

Important Notes

If your employer does not provide us with this information, if a settlement has not been made within 3 months, or if you suspend or terminate care, any fees and services are due immediately by you.
